After successfully completing his Matura with a focus on languages and philosophy, Sergio Rossano gained valuable professional experience in various regional companies as well as in international corporations. In doing so, he developed solid expertise in customer relations, operational processes, and sales.
Since August 2025, he has been working as a recruitment consultant at Optima Personal. In this role, he applies his multilingual skills and cross-industry experience to support candidates professionally and to assist companies in successfully filling their open positions. |
Before her Bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Zurich, Lia Chiara Dotta completed her Matura with a focus on Italian and English immersion. During a three-week language stay in Bordeaux, she also deepened her knowledge of French. She is now pursuing a Master's degree in psychology and has been working at Optima Personal since March 2023, where she is involved in administration and customer service.

| After basic commercial training and specialist courses in human resources and accounting, she spent a period of time in London learning English. In 2018 she completed further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate, which she passed with flying colours. Since 2010 she has been working part-time as Head of Administration and Accounting in the Optima Personal team. |
After successfully completing her Matura with a focus on Fine Arts, Liliana Grgic gained her first practical experience in an artistic and creative environment, working in customer service and sales. Following a language stay in Spain, she began her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Zurich and has been supporting our team in administration and customer service since September 2024. |
Before studying psychology at the University of Zurich, Petra Maric completed her Matura with a focus on Art & Design and gained initial insights into administrative work. She is now pursuing a Bachelor's degree in psychology and has been working at Optima Personal since January 2024, where she is involved in administration and customer service. |
