Business training at a commercial and service company was followed by language study courses in England and France, and a further qualification as a recruitment expert. With 25 years in Human Resources management under his belt, Gianni has run Optima Personal since 1994. |
Prior to her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Zurich, Tara Dorigo completed her Matura with a focus on Spanish and English and then obtained a French diploma during her travels. Now she is studying psychology in the master's program and has been working at Optima Personal since June 2022, where she works in administration and customer support.

| After basic commercial training and specialist courses in human resources and accounting, he spent a period of time in London learning English. In 2018 she completed further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate, which she passed with flying colours. Since 2010 she has been working part-time as Head of Administration and Accounting in the Optima Personal team. |
| During her bachelor studies in psychology, Jordana Räss was already able to gain first insights into administration and human resources through activities as a student assistant and internships. Since January 2022, she has been working at Optima Personal alongside her Master's degree in psychology, where she works in administration and customer support. |
